Payment & Insurance

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. A dentist is not a party to that contract. We do not base your diagnosed treatment on insurance coverage. We base it on your needs and desires. However, we will work to the best of our ability to get you your maximum insurance benefits.

If you have insurance, your co-payments are due in full at time of service. We will process and file all insurance claims, with payment being sent to our office. Please bring your insurance card and any plan information with you on your first visit.

In order to make payment convenient for our customers, we offer several options for payment:

• Cash or Personal Check

• Credit Card - We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover

• CareCredit - Financing can be arranged through CareCredit for monthly

payments.

We have the applications in our office or you may apply online at www.carecredit.com.
